The hotel was exceptional. I got more than my money's worth. Front desk always welcomed me with a smile. Room service was excellent too, (answered my calls at most, on the second ring of the phone). The rooms were super clean, Wi-Fi was great, everything you expect from a great hotel and more. Excellent!

This is a wonderful hotel in Port Harcourt. This was my home away from home from 9th to the 22nd of December, 2019. Excellent location. Exquisite interiors. The security guards were polite but thorough in their job. The bar and restaurant staff were impeccable in their service (Promise, Devin and Margaret). The Porters, Ekene and co cheerfully and professionally looked after me while the supervisors are to my mind, the best in town. My esteemed praise goes to the Front Desk staff - Uduak, Stella and Ruth. They were phenomenal. They were 10/10.
I must also commend the manager for her professionalism, and courteausness. They look after me real good.
I will suggest that the Housekeepers give customers two towels. That will add more colour to the already exceptional service that is currently being rendered. Thank you Bayview for this wonderful experience. Hope you keep it up.

The hospitality was awesome,... Thanks to the management... I love the space and provisions although you don't have much utilities though☺... I feel the management should also make provision for breakfast for customers also

My experience there was awesome. Although as at the time I visited the lift had an issue but every other thing was top notch, serene environment and very good and prompt services.

Bayview resorts is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service and polite staff. The only issue I had was the stench of weed or cigarettes which I found uncomfortable when I entered my room.

Bay view is one of the best best hotel I've ever visited, the food is very good, the environment is very neat, the staffs are always looking very neat always there to help, well secured, it's a home away from home, and don't 4get a nice swimming pool area, nice to be visited.

Words can't begin to describe the comfort nor the high professionalism from the staff. It's worth every penny spent.
