I had an incredible experience at this popular church in Port Harcourt. It's a hub for the youth community and hosts four services every Sunday, catering to different schedules. The morning kicks off with services from 8 am to 10 am, followed by 10 am to 12 noon. At noon, there's the engaging Life Class session, and later in the evening at 5:30 pm, the Jesus Alternative Service (JAS) takes place.

What stood out to me was the modernity and comfort of the church. The lighting was impeccable, creating a serene ambiance. LED screens enhanced the worship experience, facilitating easy reading of Bible passages and displaying song lyrics. The well-functioning air conditioning ensured a comfortable atmosphere, though on some occasions, you might need a warm layer.

The music was flawless, thanks to their excellent sound system. Most importantly, it's a welcoming place to worship, free from fear or discrimination. I highly recommend it for a spiritually uplifting experience.

The Absolute best Place to Be,Network and truly Worship God and still go back home Happy and Fulfilled. You can never come here and go back the same way you came. Completely loved it! Down to earth teaching, awesome worship but they need to work on time in registration n checking in and tighten security and health safety. Splendid place and balanced.. word church

I love the ambience and excellence of the atmosphere. It is the atmosphere of Jesus!

Attended a couple of special events here. The first Thursday service, with Minister Dunsin Oyekan ministering, completely shredded me. Blessed from start to finish. The ambience, lighting, acoustics, furniture, security, COVID19 protocols etc are top notch. I love the presiding Pastor, Pastor Lanre Oluseye. Courteous, friendly Protocol team. Blown away by the dexterity, finesse and excellence of the Worship team. I'll definitely be visiting from time to time.

Lovey ambience, lovely people, nice place of worship! I always feel at home each time I'm there.. be it JAS, a concert OR service. Everywhere too is picture perfect.. thanks to PST Lanre for making sure of that! The sound is MAAADDDDD

House on the Rocks Port Harcourt is located at Sani Abacha road.

Every second you spend in this church is just filled with a unique and fantabulous experience.

It's environment and ambience is classy, warm and welcoming. The interior decoration of the church is awesome and it's designed to appeal to the younger generation.

They also have great sound and for their music and worship? It's just out of this world😍😍. Their choir is called "Potter's Treasure" and their outfits and performances are always breath-taking.

Pastor Lanre Oluseye is their Senior Pastor and he's full of the spirit of God, he also has a lot of impactful messages and you will definitely learn so much from listening to him.

On a normal day, they hold 3 services on Sundays; 8am, 9:30am and 11am.

Then there's a "Jesus Alternative Service(JAS)" that holds on Sunday evenings by 5pm.
JAS is actually very interesting, fun and educative. They have talks about several essential aspects of life and day-to-day challenges, ideas are shared and professionals are also called upon to give their takes on issues.

Their church volunteer workers(Army of David), Ushers and other workers are polite, beautiful, cheerful and professional in carrying out their designated duties.

Overall, I always look forward to worshipping their. It's always soul lifting.

Reverend Lanre Oluseye, the senior pastor of the parish is grounded in the word with the right amount of humour and poise.

The as close as heaven can get, great messages and the ambience the Holy and beautiful, the security also is first class.

You would love to be here. Great pastor, the music and sound is too good.... JAS every sunday evening 5pm is a refreshing time to enjoy good music and worship to God

A Word-based, Love-based, Prayer-based, Worship-based church and a sure place of realization of destinies for all men. Dynamic congregation too.

The worship is so amazing... You can totally feel the holy spirit's presence there. Plus, the word is always light-shedding. It is exactly as the bible says about the entrance of God's word shed light to us and understanding too. The word about being the light in the darkness of the world by Pastor Enoabasi was epic.. I totally loved it.
If you are looking for love, spiritual support and the word of God then House on the rock church is the place for you.

There are three services every Sunday from 8AM.
I didn't know that I was supposed to book for service online although it didn't stop me from joining the service.
