Banking hall is usually crowded due to the number of costumers making transaction. Viable ATM's available even during the weekends.

Worst banking service I had ever experienced. Opened my account recently and came to the same branch to ask for ATM card. How can the same number of people crowd around a desk for over 2 hours. I was asked to wait at the waiting area next to the tellers. Waited there for up to 3 hours, why? No reason given, and no apology for the wait. the customer service staff are always angry, like the customers offended them. Asked to wear mask but even the staffs don't use their mask above their nose, like mask is meant for the chin. Pls if the mask won't be used inside, why stress your customers to wear them?
Just to get an ATM card takes 3 hrs????? Ridiculous!!!
Pls educate your staff to have good customer service especially the suppose customers service staffs and be prompt in assisting customers. If they have issues with their computers, provide them better ones for the betterment of your customers experience.
I wish I never opened this account.
