Great Customer care, especially from LOVETH

Well it's an Access Bank branch. The customer service is better with lesser queues compared to the others I've seen.

Staff are courteous, and very friendly. ATM always has cash. Was so impressed at how eager they are to help.

They were quite efficient

It's customers service week here this week and it seems as if they gave half their staff the week off, some prominent desk are empty, other staffs are out numbered at least 3 to one, I paid in a cheque from access bank to access bank and over an hour hasn't reflected because the officer to authorise the transaction hasn't been on seat for at least an hour
No customer service week decor, no fancy outfits on the staff and definitely no exceptional services due to their dwindling numbers
The plus side is that the air conditioning is working, the hall is well kept and the outside security are in the right spirits
I'm rating them extremely low because it's customers service week, something they should be preparing for all year
