First Bank of Nigeria Rumuokoro branch. This bank branch is located very close to Rumuokoro round about. There are also ao many other banks with that localisation. It is located by the right side of East West Road if you are coming from Nkpolu Junction.

It jas a large compound which can accommodate many vehicles. They security is always at the gate and also at the entrance doors.

Due to covid, social distancing and large umber of customers, customers are being given number tags at the gate, and they will wait inside the compound under the canopy, while during overflow, some can also wait under the tree. This is to enable orderliness and orient overpopulation inside the banking hall. Serially, the security would call in custoners in batches or 10 or 20, etc for them to walk into the banking hall and be attended to. Though many customers dislike this but its for orderliness.

Their service is good but patience is often the key. Their customer vare section is located upstairs. Deposit and withdrawals are downstairs. Bank transfers can be done downstairs.

Its quite a fairly good experience. One of the main challenge is having to wait long in queue for you to be attended to. One of them that tends to breaks some customers heart is waiting in line and when you are about to be attended to, a customer sitting down will walk into the queue in front of you, saying s/he in your front, meaning he or she just went to sit to get some rest. That thing dey pain! to many people. But I still keep my cool and ask the Holy spirit to hold me and calm me down.
