Excellent customer services. The compound, the building, the interiors are amazing. No matter the queue, you will be attended to on time. The lady at the front desk is warm and accommodating. This is the best place to be for your eye treatments.

I am their patient, who had been patronising them for the past ten years. The environment is clean, and the members of their staff are courteous and friendly. So many eye testing facilities are there.

Foresight is one of the popular and effective eye clinics in Ibadan.

The staff are very nice and welcoming.

The specialists are well experienced and know what they are doing.

The clinic has support for HMOs.

My only issue is that it took a while before I was attended too and I also didn't get my glasses immediately.

So I made a review earlier on about how my prescription glasses gotten from foresight clinic was blurry and I couldn't use it, and how the frames didn't fit. Well I got a call the next day from the doctor who attended to me explaining some reasons why that could be the case, and suggesting If I could come over to the clinic to get another frame which would fit better. Fortunately the blurriness has stopped.

So I give them a thumbs up because they followed up on my complaints and acted on it. That was very impressive.

Reluctantly went there. However my experience was very good. The service was very professionally delivered. My issues well looked into. Diagnosis spot on. The Ophthalmologist very thorough.👍🏾
