Beautiful picturesque little place that serves both your café and restaurant needs. Sitting inside gives off a cozy ambiance and outside gives off an open air sitting vibe. Great staff, generous portions, good food and coffee. I sat here and worked undisturbed for hours after I got my lunch so inside can serve as a workspace. Suitable for lone and group hangouts.

Cute, clean space. Good for working away form home. The toilet is neat and doesn't have that musky smell.

A cute, homely, quaint café that gives a pleasant "grandma's place" feeling with flowers and cute decor about cakes and coffee. A menu with great variety, whether you're feeling burger and fries or a slice of homemade cake.

We ordered the Dolce Arabia (sweet milky drink that reminded me of warm tapioca pudding with condensed milk), Snickers cold chocolate, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

Would recommend for spending the afternoon alone or with friends (biggest table had about 6 seats)

Average waiting time of about 15 minutes.

The first time i was here i dined inside now i stayed out, you can do well with both depending on the mood.

Courteous staff and lovely breakfast / brunch

I had enjoyed the chocolate hazelnut French toast the most as it was so soft and sweet. Although the all day breakfast bread was toasted too dry which i didn’t like. But the butter egg 🍳 was amazing.

The entrance has no disabled access ♿ which i think should be considered for inclusion.

Beautifully organized cafe. the place is clean and well organized, the food and hot drink is nice. i recommend fruit fushion and caffe Latte.

I was headed for breaks this morning but the cage I went to was closed so I decided to check out flour cafe I have been here before but not for breakfast and my oh my! I had fun! I recommend for family members and friends.

I spent about N15k plus that’s about $17 or a little bit more. That’s how much all the meals in the pictures cost.

They are located in Cappador Mall.

The staff are cordial and helpful I will love to revisit.

Visited Cafe Flour with my friend and we had a great time. We ordered:

All Day Breakfast (loved my omelette and the sausages!)

Hazelnut chocolate crepes (delish!)

Waffles (nice and fluffy - really enjoyed it)

Lotus Cheesecake (very nice; a little bit frozen but not bad)

Oreo Milkshake (nice and tasty)

In general - we really enjoyed our food, the ambience is nice and cozy and the wait staff is friendly. Definitely worth going again.

I love Café Flour! It's my go to for breakfast! Their service is impeccable, they understand the importance of customer service with lovely waitresses always ready and happy to serve you. Their food is really good and tasty. It has both outdoor and indoor sitting and the interior is amazing!

Great all day breakfast spot in the Buj. Prices are really great and the breakfast options are impressive. Be sure to try the Ceylon tea with ginger and lemon. Good location for brunch, catch up with friends, family time out with an outdoor and indoor sitting area. Gets my 5 stars easily...

My favorite place to hang out with one or two friends or alone. It’s nice and quiet with great service. The snacks are delicious!

Great little place. Went for brunch, their food was fantastic and the service was great. Their ambience was lovely and they had a great selection of desserts. Can't wait to go back.

I loved this place. The staff are always smiling and so polite. The setting in the place is beautiful and classy and the meal is tasty.

Service: The service here is so amazing, the waitress that attended to me was really nice and patient with me.

Meal Ordered: Smokey greasy grove sandwich, virgin mojito, 4 slices of vanilla cake( it was so good) and classic lemonade. Total of everything was 8700 naira.

Aesthetics: it’s not the most beautiful place I have been to but it’s amazing, it really felt like Christmas over there. I could stay here for hours cause it was so cozy.

Had an issue and the manager went over and beyond to resolve. The food is great and consistent.

Cafe Flour has both an outdoor and indoor seating space, so you have the option to choose based on your preferences.

The customer service was excellent, with recommendations on meal options.

Let's talk about the food! The flour tower, with turkey bacon, sausage, seasoned potatoes and sunny side up was delicious! Likewise, the smokey greasy grove sandwich which was such a delight. Finger-licking good! I haven't had a toasted sandwich that good in ages!! The fries were chunky and not too crispy. Just the right taste and texture that cafes’ miss sometimes.

How could I forget the unforgettable pineapple and ginger juice?

I’ve been to cafe flour @flour_abuja a couple of times but I somehow don’t always remember to take clips to share because of how much at home I feel whenever I visit. There’s an indoor and outdoor space. I like to have options I mean whatever rocks your boat. & then this very beautiful yellow swing outdoor where you could read a lovely book, did I mention I barely read but I decided to open this book and I’ve been lowkey going back just trying to finish it.

The menu consists of SALADS, FINGER FOODS, PIT STOPS, BREAKFASTS, CREPES, ICECREAM,CAKES, CHEESE CAKES,BROWNIES, COOKIES, MANAKEESH, PIZZA, COFFEE & TEA, COLD DRINKS,SHISHA .

SERVICE :
The service has surprisingly been consistent & for that reason alone I love it! Waiters or waitresses are usually very polite & professional.

FOOD: I’ve never had a meal I didn’t love enough to get a take out order for. Not

BAKERY: now this is the deal. It’s not just a cafe but a bakery so you never know what delicious recipe will be discovered and it might just be the day you show up. Okay that’s enough now .

Last time I had a glass of orange juice with a dash of ginger ( N1,000) & the classic cheesecake ( N2,800)

Good breakfast options. Fluffy and tasty pancakes. During the day, The area is a bit loud sometimes so it’s hard to always enjoy the atmosphere

Cafe Flour is one of those places that keeps on showing up on our timeline. Cafe Flour is a clean and bright cafe in Cappador Mall, Maitama which offers sweet treats, savoury food, brunch goodies and afternoon tea.

So what do we think:
I had afternoon tea with a friend so we opted for two singles which cost 4500 naira each. Each single came along with a pot of your choice kusmi tea and syrup. We're a bit partial to Earl Grey but they have a wide selection of teas available. Each single had two tiers, the bottom being savoury while the top was sweet. FYI, you eat the bottom\savoury tier first. In the bottom tier, we had a scone, avocado toast, chicken sandwiches, boloni sandwiches, unsalted butter and jam. The star of bottom tier was definitely the avocado toast. It was creamy and tasty with hints of black pepper. The top tier had cake slices, brownies, a trio of pancakes and a pretty strawberry tart. The star of the top tier was the strawberry tart, it tasted just as good as it looks. The cream filling had a mild sweetness which paired nicely with the fresh strawberries. All in all each pastry was decadent and the afternoon tea at Flour made us relive our proper British and bougie lifestyle. We have no complaints at all. After our tea, we had a chat with the owner and suggested some more fruit, scones and some clotted cream. Major props to our waiter, Solomon. He was mild mannered, soft spoken and very helpful.
Afternoon tea was a fun and memorable experience.

A bit disappointed in myself rushing to Café flour when I was so hungry to eat normal a d getting there to realize it's just a pastry restaurant. They environment is nice with ample parking space but no wheelchair parking nor entrance into the restaurant.
