Very unserious staff. How can your be gisting and laughing amongst (one fair girl at the FX counter)each other and customers are waiting in line. Poor management, ac’s not working dirty tables and floor, poor layout. The road leading to your bank is terrible WORK ON YOUR STAFF! FIX YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE.
