Wetland hotel restaurant ughelli

This place has been a go to place for me and my sisters whenever we are in Ughelli..such a fun filled place and I loved the games of Ludo and scrabble thy we played..my cousin and sister also lodged in the hotel rooms and it’s been an amazing experience of comfort and relaxation..great aesthetics,clean pool,beautiful and peaceful arena..we enjoyed the chicken sauce we ordered,the food and drinks were amazing..I forgot to mention the staffs are great too

A nice and superb 👌 place to be

Ambience is good but staff are so slow. Alot of things don't work. The Ac wasn't working in my room took them hours to check it out and then took them hours to decide to change my room. Then in the new room, the shower head wasn't working took them one hour to come check it out and then they decided they couldn't fix it nor change my room again. Then the refrigerator wasn't working and they said they'll change the refrigerator but they didn't come and its been hours. Honestly. The when it come to the main thing a hotel should have "hospitality and service", I'd rate them a 1/10

They can do better, kinda outdated but good.
