I must confess,their customer service and human consideration is very poor.They overbook flights and leave some people’s suitcases behind.They come up with the story that leaving your luggage behind is for your own safety as they don’t want to overload the aircraft.My question is:Aren’t they aware of the maximum luggage limit of every passenger?This is done without any compensation whatsoever,not minding what you might need urgently in your checked in luggage.A better way will be informing people of the situation on ground so that they can be prepared,instead of just leaving them to travel and hoping to get their luggage as soon as they arrive;which is the ideal thing,but get disappointed at the end of the day.Somewhere else around the world,there’s someone to apologise to you,there’s someone to assure you of even sending your luggage to your doorstep,no matter your location.Surprisingly,these ones feel they’ve done you a Favour by even bringing you to your destination so they can do as they please with your luggage.

This people are so disorganized.

Je met une étoile car impossible de mettre 0, compagnie nulle de chez nulle, panne de pare-brise qui oblige les voyageurs à descendre de l'avion et attendre désespérément un autre vol, pour compensation des sandwichs de piètre qualité (j'en donnerai pas a mon chien)
