The Boat Club

So I went during the day and it's rainy season so the water was all brown. But then it's a very cool environment, calm and not too loud music, cold drinks, waiters available to take orders. I really enjoyed the place. Though the pepper soup I ordered wasn't as good as the one I took the day before somewhere else but every other thing was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again anytime I visit Abuja again.

Nice relaxing evening I had here. It’s a beautiful place just by Jabi lake. It gives you a nice view of the lake, especially if you get a table close to the edge of the water and not further away in the sand. The music makes the place come alive... the DJ knows how to mix his beats. The menu was also not disappointing... though I only had some wings and fries! They have a variety of cocktails... I had the Adios M.F and it was heavenly!!! Nice mix of vodka and tequila with a few extras... it was strong!!!

The atmosphere was definitely worth it, the food I'd say is overpriced. The service we got was not that amazing but still okay.

I had so much fun and the Dj was on fire. Customer service was the best and the fish...... Damn!🤤. I enjoyed my mocktail too.

I love, love this place. The atmosphere is great! The river has such a calming effect. Our meal was wonderful. I had a ham burger and it was easily the best burger I have had. I especially loved the 'lady trouser flower' pots. The staff were polite and helpful. A wonderful place for all the family

Very nice place to relax, i enjoyed myself

It was a lovely experience at the boat club! It was very relaxing and cool (temperature wise as well) to sit on a table overlooking the Jabi lake from the first floor of their 'gazebo'. We went there in the early afternoon on a Sunday, before the evening crowd. So I guess this contributed in giving us a more serene experience. While waiting for our food to arrive, I browsed their site and saw pictures of food uploaded by different people. The images of food i saw all looked nice and of a handsome quantity. I then held my phone in hand, ready to 'confront' them if what they served me looked different. Lol. Lo, it was exactly same! The chips and BBQ chicken was very good, while the burger one of my companions ordered was simply yummy! (Yes, I tasted out if it😊) I found the boat ride a bit expensive but was content to see a few persons ride in the water for a few minutes. And definitely, they had several very nice spots to take pictures. One of the waiters (They were all courteous btw) even helped us to get a good shot. Indeed, it was a lovely outing. Do keep it up the Boat Club👍
