Its a beautiful out door gym with almost all the gymnastic equipments with basketball court, foot ball and lawn tennis including natural atmosphere that give one the sense of being in the forest. Nice place to be....

The equipment available here. For a fitness junkie. Given what w have in Nigeria u think it doesn't get any better... The environment is calm and a lot of really cool people showing up. So keeping body and soul plus a beautiful place for networking! A trial am sure will convince you

One of the best gyms in abuja. Personal Trainers and other gym goers are very friendly. Sometimes crowded, but I never needed to wait for any equipment. Costs 3000 per pop, if you're nice you can try to get them down to 2500.

Its a wonderful place to come experience a new lifestyle. I love the sporting activities going on here. Basketball court all getting cooked up and em football clubs too

The best indoor and out door gym in Abuja, very well equipped , they offer different hourly classes which include Bootcamps , Aerobics , Spinning class , Dance class etc if you are looking for healthy food and smoothie they have a restaurant just for that as well .

The dance classes are fun and energetic.
