Had a great session here. Works perfectly both for strength and cardio.

Amazeballs. Apart from the closing time on Sunday being changed to 8pm, the place is really awesome. You get to have a day for N1,500 and use good equipments and you can get trainers and pay the gym membership too. Good and clean changing room space with shower too.

Got a lovely haircut. The guys are amazing . If you are in Abuja and need a haircut sure pay them a visit ( the barbershop)
