In the face of the pandemic where waiting lines and waiting time is super extended, such is not the case here. You enter almost immediately. Banking hall ambience is great, well lit, with courteous security and quick service. No in-bank instant debit cards. I have to wait for two weeks. That used to be the old experience. I stayed long in the waiting long at my Last visit. Just one customer care officer attending to a long queue. Can be better
