It was a good place to be. The officers are friendly and eager to assist you ve a good experience. You ve a place you can relax outside watch TV until you are done with your mission there, although sometimes the place is a little crowded.

Unlike what i thought that i had to wait in a long quee but no i applied and the next day i went for capture..waiting on my passport now....i love the serine environment and the friendliness of the officers on duty

It's situated in the federal secretariat here in Owerri. Just by Ebere Links Gas Station. The Junction that connects World Bank, Port Harcourt Road, and State secretariat just off Port Harcourt-Owerri Road. Although the road is not in a very good condition at all. The same secretariat is home to Corpers during clearance. There's need for Turn Around Maintenance here from the poor access road to the building. In front of the secretariat are small scale business centres as well as inside. One can sign up for international passport here. The access road has dimples that smile at you like fish ponds when it rains. Some ministries here have very funny doors let alone windows. At this juncture, I feel government should do something about this place as a matter of urgency.

Services are superb with the accommodating staffs around the vicinity.
