This is a good electronic showroom, it is situated inside shoprite in owerri, their products are very strong and durable. There services to customers is 90%.

Good services

My after sell experience with fouani is horrible. I thought Fouani was different from typical Nigerian Dealer’s going by their advert and their public fronting but I was completely wrong. So far, I’ve bought items from the store worth millions of naira but the after services & frustration from Fouani is heart breaking. Some of the items I bought include 1HP Inverter LG Air Conditions. Maybe I shouldn’t have paid Fouani for the installations because their services are not cost effective and it’s far beyond human imagination. Till date one of the AC’s I bought from Fouani Stores at Shoprite Owerri which they installed in my living room is licking badly with water everywhere, there’s no hope they’re going to fix it any time soon because the installers keep coming up with different excuses while others are requesting for further payments even though they did a very wrong job. So the customer will have to stick with their mess until they decide.
I think I’ve learnt my lessons the hard way. I’m not sure Fouani will ever see my green light again once I get out of this current mess.
