A very lovely place to spend time with family and loved ones

Great place! Hard to score this hotel less than excellent! The owner has taste and spared nothing to ensure guest get the same! Though a bit far from centre of town, but you'd thank yourself for not staying elsewhere.

The environment inside the hotel, and the rooms are cozy. But the staff and management need to know that the world does not revolve around them. Their services are poor, and they have this useless air, and archival sense of "I've made it"...this is down to the gate keepers.

When customers order meals, it takes like forever to be served.

The road to leading to the hotel is nothing to write home about...soo much traffic jam here and there especially during the evening.

It's a great place to be anyway.

Soprom hotel remains the best hotel in Onitsha. Their services are out of this world. They also have indoor swimming pool both for kids and adults including VIP swimming pool.

Just know you are coming to a standard Dubai hotel if you are going to SOPROM.

I seriously don't know where to start from, cause this place is breathtaking and mesmerizing. Starting from the entrance, the floor designs the building it's self and the view is a luxury to behold. This is literally the best hotel and place for relaxation in onitsha ( housing Estate to be precise). If you are looking for luxury in the east ; Onitsha precisely ,then welcome to Soprom hotel and suites. I assure you that it has everything you might need ,be it for relaxation ,fun , games etcetera. Clean water to swim in ,great view, great services and all what not.

This hotel deserves a 5 star rating, every single thing is in place and perfect. Excellent customer care service, good rooms, serene environment, cozy and comfortable, homely, the meal served is perfect, stomach friendly.

This is a place I'll highly recommend for anyone going into the city of Onitsha.

Very nice comfortable rooms, power was steady. They have lovely pool, bar, on location spa and saloon and their restaurant food was good.

Very good hotel, their services are superb, their room are 100% comfortable and they have all u need. Swimming pool(double up and down), bar,restaurant, hall,free spar, free breakfast every morning. Am in love with the environment very neat and odourless.

Soprom is amazing. Their services are awesome. I like the fact that the receptionists are always available to help in almost every need. I also enjoyed the all you can eat free breakfast with great choices. The food is nice too.
