Chinụa Achebe International Cargo Passenger Airport, Umuleri

A lovely and peaceful airport. It is a game changer for travel to Anambra. During my recent experience the staff were polite and helpful. The airport was spacious and clean.

Anambra International Cargo Airport Umueri is one of the well-managed and decent airport with less crowd I have visited in a long time. The environment is serene, and the facilities are well functioning (at least all that I happened to use).

It's pretty far from the city, so you'll have close to an hour's drive in or out of the Airport (this will cost you about 10,000 Naira with a taxi). The road and views are beautiful too. Overall it was a unique and refreshing experience.

Kudos to the Anambra State government and all the staff of the place. I hope they keep up and continue to manage the place efficiently and well.

Its a lovely project executed by any Govt in Anambra state since the Democratic Era. Lovely tower building. Massive and very quality runway. Very nice car Park. Very conducive terminal building fully air conditioned. With Air peace and United Nigeria flights already operational.

It was a nice experience. The airport is calm, quiet and void of the normal sound associated with Onitsha. For me , this is a good place to transfer from instead of Asaba . I hope this standard will be improve on years to come

Such a beautiful edifice constructed by the Anambra state Government.

The airport located at Umueri, in Anambra East LGA of Anambra state can serve not only Anambra but other neighboring states.

The roads that leads to the airport is motorable.

I was particularly wowed with the space, airport facilities and beauty of the airport.

Note that, two airlines are currently functional here: Airpeace and United airlines.

All thanks to our former governor Obiano whom God used to make it a reality, it was an awesome experience, having our own dear state Anambra being connected to international communities. Kudos to our former governor Obiano and his team.. Am highly delighted. The services by the key players there is also very good.. glory be to God Almighty in the highest.

Absolutely fantastic. I am so proud of Anambra Government who left such a legacy. Airport was clean and professionally run.

Nice one. Air Peace and United Nigeria Airline are currently operating full time here.
Avoid Niger Bridge-Asaba traffic. Good facilities and no touting. Still room for improvement as escalator is being fixed and other works.

The airport is so beautiful, large and the staffs are wonderful. They just need to upgrade the movement of luggage from the plane to motor driven one not hand pulled cart.

It was beautiful experience. But i regret flying Peace. They took ₦36,000 from me for excess baggage. This made me sad.

Very beautiful airport but more upgrade need to asap,avio bridge is not yet complete and electronic boarding informations is not yet installed or not working as I see none . The entrance road is amazing,need to plant some nice trees along the road, very impressive airport. Kudos

Anambra International Cargo Airport is a beautiful environment to be in....very cozy! Things are also very organized there too. Above all, it is very Neat.

the Air is clean . and the Aura in the airport is Postive...
staff are really polite..
location is quite central and road network to the Airport is really good..
Clean and safe taxis available when you land...
I was told taxi to Awka is N10,000
other locations can be N15,000....
but I believe can drivers are open to a bargain...
