Easy to locate and collect items, the attendant there is cool just that sometimes they close earlier than the time started on the emails they sent for items collection

Its a walk in store located at Ejimuz plaza before Bhyazin junction. There, time is valued. You leave with your item almost immediately you get there. Kudos

Jumia is the leading online retail store in Nigeria. Mehn, i wouldn't have believed that they would win the heart of Nigerians when they started. Nigerians are very paranoid people when it comes to their hard earned money. Lol. Jumia offers a wide variety of goods from food to house hold appliances ranging from electronics to chairs, from beddings to mattresses, from drinks to cusmetics and a whole lot more. Their delivery is actually on time. They usually give a range with which you're to receive your package. They offer home delivery and pick up station service. I have shopped a lot with them and so far, i don't have any major challenge and I think for an online retail store with a lot of vendors servicing them, they are doing a pretty good job hence the 5 star rating system 😊

Great customer service.. No visual indication of jumia presence in d facility(sign post or billboard) but there office is in the plaza downstairs to the left
