Nestle Nigeria PLC Agbara

It's a well organized company, and their products are of high quality. I've been viewing their security/search light from outside our house since my childhood!

It is nice and ok, i am also impressed to be part of good participant in this area to make it lively

Among factories I have been around the world, I must say that Nestle Nigeria Agbara is well arranged and their staff are mannered, and trained both in approach and behaviour.
This to me, it means a lot.
I look forward to visiting or working in this place in future.

Nestle factory Agbara is a city of its own. They have couple of rules like every multinationals. But one of their rules that really got me fascinated is that while within the city, you cannot be on the phone and be moving. You must stand on the same spot to finish your call before you proceed to where you are going otherwise dont answer or initiate a call unless when you are not moving. A very good safety measure in an environment where there is both vehicle and human traffic even though the speed limit within the city is between 10 and 20kmph!
The company has two canteen for the staff in different locations for the convenience of their staff, all in uniform, tight entry and exit control with well trained securities, big car park among other things

A multinational company that produces quality food products like Milo, maggi, purelife (nestle water), golden morn, Nescafe, nan milk etc...

Nestle is a Very Lovely Business and it is a great one indeed

Great People, Great Factory. Commitment to GMP is excellent. Commitment to Safety, Health and Environment is fastidious. Don't go to that plant if you break safety rules, you will get thrown out.

1. Great Organisation but does not have Entrance for Wheel-Chair.
2. Kids are not allowed into The Premises except they are kept in The Reception.
3. Family Open Day is scheduled at Special Date whereby Family Members of Staff are welcomed and shown around The Facility & are well-entertained.
4. Good in Social Responsibility.
5. Allowed Community around Their Facility to have access to The Company's Processed-Water.
6. Has Personal Power-Plant with had-to-discovered ) seen carbon-monixide e.t.c.

Nestle Nigeria Plc, Agbara is a wonderful and a beautiful place to be. Right from the main gate, one will know he is entering into a well organized environment. The interior designs are one of the best I've ever seen. The office arrangements are with superb finishes and the staffs are professionals in their chosen fields. The Distribution Center is another masterpiece on its own. Finished products are well arranged and the factory workers are well protected with the right PPE. The car parks and staff bus loading bay are all beautiful to behold. I believe the planners and the maintenance teams deserve recognition and accolades. Thank you.
