Attending to emergency 🚨 care is very poor

I lost my baby at FMC Akure Annex despite carrying out Cesarean Section on my wife, despite monitoring the pregnancy since 3 months. Negligence of health professionals. The most annoying thing is that they later referred my baby to a private hospital after spending 12 hours with them. This medical facility is not a good place to be.

The carelessness and carefree attitude of the nurses and doctors on duty on the 5th of may 2021 caused the death of my mother after a surgery done by them.

My baby had Birth Asphyxia due to negligence and excessive labor I lost him in just a day am so pained rn, my wife’s life was risked and my babies health was played with , was attended to by practicing doctor 💔😭
