Although, they always have long queues but it's understandable due to the customer base they've got.

They should introduce agent banking to decongest the banking halls.

Good banking services with great reputation. The staff are friendly and good atmosphere for banking services. The bank environment is well kept with beautiful landscape and vegetation.
The ATM machine booth has wheelchair accessibility also the banking hall and the car park. The security personnel are very helpful. They has customer restroom..

Also one of the banks with the best type of services at Alagbaka. They have well organized staffs that attend to all customers with respect and ease. Most times I expect the worse from them, they give me more than the best possible results. I cherish the type of settings on this bank. It's highly a safe bank hall to carry out transactions without fear. They provide fast services too.

There has never been a day I walked into this branch of GTB and didn't meet a long queue. If you are going to this bank, prepare for a long day in one queue or another. Customer service is also really poor.
