Practically Nigeria's oldest bank. They keep trying to improve their services but still suffer from some of the laxities associated with Nigerian organisations.
Staff are quite cordial & helpful.

The guards don't allow you to stay in your car when you are at the bank. You either enter the banking hall or you stay in an area reserved for people to hang out.

Good for services and well place for financially solution.

Great customer service

Had a bad experience where the deposit machine inside the bank withheld some of my money (it got stuck inside the machine) and I had to wait till evening for the machine to be cleared only for the staff to return and tell me no money was found. Some people had the same issues that day but not all their monies were recovered. This left me wondering where the money went and each time I think of this experience, I am paranoid.

I wish this reoccurring issue would be fixed though.

Is a very good bank to bank with. But customers service is very slow.
