Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria - Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout

Anybody who gives this bank less than a 4 star probably had no interaction with the bank. It's a good bank. Staff were Very professional without it feeling forced or coerced. Just felt like they were doing their job. The bank has International affiliation and its standards reflect this as well. Banking hall is not crowded at all. There is a VIP lounge of some sort for HNIs and you get attended to with dispatch. Transaction I came for would take over an hour in some banks but here was done in less than 10.

Cuteous service

Tried to withdraw money from the ATM but the machine rejected my debit card for inexplicable reasons. However, the ATM seems to have been programmed for cardless service to which no notification was sent which is quite unlike Standard Chartered Bank.

Unfortunately, the SC Mobile reference number I was asked for by the machine wasn't available on me since I didn't anticipate cardless service.
