Access Bank Plc Trans Amadi Branch

One of your staff, who comes to load the ATM Machine at Visa Karena Hotel, GRA Port Harcourt. He is a very rude man, extremely rude. I have been trying to call your branch to speak to the manager of the branch. If those are the kind of people you choose as staff. Then I will never have anything to do with this bank. And if anything happens to my Zenith Bank Account, because of my ATM card with him, he will be held accountable.

Spacious banking hall. Good customer service. Efficient ATMs. Parking space adequate though can be improved further.

It is wonderful because most times we use Access bank for our quick cash.They are ok.

This is the worst bank ever, and I’ve seen awful ones. The waiting time is inhumane, it’s as if the staff makes you wait on purpose. Time here is nonexistent, people work in an unbearably slow pace. I’m typing this while sitting at the customers desk for 40 mins and I still haven’t been attended to. Those people giving 5 stars were just lucky, the unlucky ones (which are the majority) just haven’t heard of Google reviews. No human deserves to go through what the masses go through daily in this bank. Such a place shouldn’t exist.
