Nkataa has gone from good to very bad over a very short period. They have gotten my order wrong on so many occasions and when I asked for a refund for items they did not bring, they told me they would process it that day but I did not receive my money. Sad because I used to enjoy shopping with them. Now I’ll be taking my money where the people are ready to do business.

Waited 3hours to get 2.89kg of tiny Irish potatoes when I paid for 5kg which is 1500 in the market. I paid 3000 thinking they would be larger smh. Extremely disappointed. Terrible broad daylight theft. Will not be patronizing. Do so at ur own risk

This business has a habit of delaying on orders. I had a not-so-great experience with them 2 times previously but decided to try again. I placed an order at 7.20pm and it was not confirmed until almost 10 mins past 8pm. I called them at 9.30pm as the order had still not been delivered and was told that the delivery was on it's way. The food showed up at half past 10pm. If you are going to them, maybe it's a good enough service but ordering from them is a waste of time and the call staff cannot be bothered. I will not be patronising this business again 🙄
