Access Bank - Kubwa Branch

So we have two access banks along Gado road kubwa,one after gtb is the original, while the second one was the acquired bank(Diamond bank)after access bought diamond bank, the access bank after Gtb has a deposit atm. This is the best thing that can happen to mankind because you don't need to enter the bank. Ensure you have the right account number and deposit you cash. I love how clean and spacious this access bank is. Customer service is top notch. The car pack is small.

Customer friendly

Customer service desk agents are nice, friendly and professional but there's still this Nigerian banks issue of spending a lot of time(hours) in banks for things that are not supposed to take just a little time(minutes) most processes are still done in the manual(old) methods of doing things . Take collection of new atm card for example, you have to queue to get to the top, then you get it, then you have to join another queue to activate it. It goes on and on for different issues.

My bank for many years and still one of the best. Good customer care and quick service.

A welcoming bank

The bank is actually good and delayed free. The staff are so accommodating. The queue is well managed but the staff are not really skillful enough to help you solve emergency problems.
And I mean in cases you are not with the whole required document needed to solve an issue dey are not good at improvising or considering alternatives.

However, if you can go through the stress they are really competent and loving

Very easy to find. Care need to be taken when driving towards the entrance - lots of commercial bike men use to station themselves at the entrance
