Onitsha General Hospital

Since the upgrade from General Hospital to Federal Medical Center, there has not been any significant change in terms of infrastructure and staffing. I heard that the FEDERAL presence will befall the hospital by January 2024. We eagerly await January. This hospital needs enough Doctors that are humans, ones that take time to listen to the patients, ones that wouldn't be quick to dismiss patients, in the guise of having others to attend to.

When I heard about the upgrade, I was very happy, I still am. I have a special feeling about this, given that this is the same hospital where I was born.

Let's hope that this place gets a federal facelift in all aspects of it's operating.
One of the reasons I like here is that each case has a particular doctor that takes care of it.

The only issue I have here is concerning the staff members. Mostly they have this air of importance... playing god mostly.

I think it's now federal medical center where you have so many doctors to take care of our health

It was good but need more development.
