It's a well organized and we'll equipped facility

I could have given this place 5 Star, but for the needless bottlenecks and their refusal to upgrade to a modern database system of storing patients information...(you can't believe that they still use papers, and move files up and down). Nothing is new here. For most of my life, I've known this place (four decades), nothing is new except for some white elephant projects which are politically motivated.

The queues are usually worst on the first working day of the week. So if you want to see a Doctor, do well to go another day other than the first working day of the week. Also Fridays are not a good time to see Doctors because most of them don't even show up. This is not just the case of Guinness Eye Centre, but cuts across all of government own offices. It's already a menace, as workers don't show up on Fridays.

Aside these issues, this is a good place to get help for your eye problems. They are thorough with their treatments.

Located close to General hospital, Guinness eye centre is where solutions are provided to optical related issues. The environment is okay and spacious.

I trust the doctors here implicitly with the eyes of my family.
