St. Theresa's Parish Amurie Omanze

A beautifully built church in Amurie Omanze, Isu local government area of Imo State. The church has beautiful modern architecture with stained glass windows and life-sized sculptures of saints, all inside the main church hall. A giant sculpture of St. Theresa greets you as you enter through the church gate. There's also a Grotto, Chapel of Adoration, Parish residence and school, all within the large church compound.

Masses here are mostly said in Igbo, as this is the main language spoken in Eastern part of Nigeria. The liturgy also has a bit of English and sometimes Latin, added by the priest.
