The hotel has a good ambience, and the reception is warm and intentionally designed which looked attractive but the worst service, I've ever experienced anywhere, The majority of the staff are rude and entitled. No initiative to act differently.

Excellent location, super customer service. Large room, clean bedroom, hot water running freely, large parking lot , high security and excellent entertainment system. Air conditioning perfect, breakfast ok just d basic needed for a breakfast. It's worth the price and would recommend it anytime any day.

- 24 hours security and car checks from the entrance, there is a security scanning machine at the door (though wasn't used when I got there).
-They have a business centre for secretarial works. A large conference room with over 50 capacity depending on the seating arrangements.

- A functional gym with a trainer and beside it is the swimming pool with a lot of spaces to play around or to have a pool party.
- There is a 24 hours functional bar with assorted drinks and nearby is a pool table
- The rooms are super affordable, neats with safe deposit boxes, small refrigerator, Air conditioners and water heater.
- There is 24 hours room service
- The kitchen offers both local and continental dishes

Nice environment, private, cosy and quality of service is excellent. The informal car wash located outside the gate also keeps the place lively and the car washers are very efficient for a relatively cheap cost.

Nice place. The breakfast was nice. Very quiet and neat, the staff too were friendly. I got my laundry so quick and my dinner served asap.

3j hotels is a nice place located in the apo axis of Abuja, nice structure with CCTV surveillance, big parking space which is wheelchair accessible but has no signs, a wheelchair accessible entrance as well, security men in uniforms with metal detectors, polite staff and standby generator. Rooms are non smoking,big and furnished with wardrobes, television, air-conditioners and reading tables.theres an indoor and outdoor bar as well as big lobby here kids can safely play. There's an intercom in each room and a restaurant in sight.i will definitely refer to family and friends. I enjoyed my stay there
