Do not come here! You will surely regret it! We paid in full 5months before the wedding.

Less than 12hours to the wedding the bridal dresses are not ready. The bridesmaids dresses were done cheaply and very tackily. The bridal robe was half done, the tailor responsible left.

The owner switched off her phone when we called, the manager ignored us, left us here with incomplete bridal dresses that were dirty, not hemmed or ironed.

How do you treat a client with such nonchalance and disregard, when you were paid 5months before. For the life of me, I cannot wrap my head around this.

I never leave reviews, I am always opposed to giving negative feedbacks online, but for this, I must. It feels like a disservice not to. If you have any sense of importance for your day, do not use these people! You will be greatly disappointed with the service and the quality, might I add extremely cheap.

To say that I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Despite engaging Ivory Bridals 6 months to the wedding and paying in full to avoid “stories that touch”, we were still highly displeased with the bridesmaids dresses which were still being fixed the night before the wedding, and the bride’s robe which was shabbily done.

The manager showed no remorse or concern and the owner of the business switched off her phone while we were still at her shop.

I must say that it is unconscionable to take money from people, contractually agree to deliver a service for such a one-in-a-lifetime event and treat your clients like you’re doing them a favour.

Ivory bridals, it’s a NO from me. You certainly let us down on such an important day.
