I had a nice time. But I believe it can be better than this. Especially in the area of CATV needs a lot of upgrade to make customers feel more at home. Your WiFi was superb, fast and efficient. The environment is also ok. But more work needs to be done on security. The security outfits looks pourous. The gym can be better that it is right now, if more gym equipment can added to the gym to make customers that are interested to keep using it at will.

This is an update to my previous 1 star review as I feel the need to update it having noticed the amount of views it got.

Following my complaints of poor service on the day of posting that review, the manager whom was unaware of everything I complained about found out and came to resolve all that was complained about. I received excellent services afterwards until I checked out. My Advice to incoming customers, if you have an issue, find the manager.

Please note that I have not been compelled to make this updated review and has been done out of a good conscience.

The staff were super helpful. The Ambience is great. The sheet was super crispy. Their was complimentary buffet but was in such a haste and couldn't partake
Nothing was too much trouble. .

Towels were sparkling white no dust on the racks. This place is pure class

A retreat brought me to Sparklyn Hotel and Suites, Port-Harcourt, and for the duration of my stay, I can attest to the top-notch service; the comfort of my room was spectacular, the power supply was constant and the housekeeping unit performed their cleaning duties like clockwork. Generally, the staff was courteous and willing to assist per time nevertheless, the preparation of the cuisines should be revisited because sometimes the meal would be tasty, while at other times it would be over-spiced.

Apart from that, the Hotel lives up to its name.

Amazing service, very friendly faces and their room is very very neat🙌🏻 the only downside is that they is no provision for toothpaste and bath robes. But I'll still give this a 5stars👏🏻👍🏻

My stay was enjoyable. The service was top notch. The ambience was exquisite. I look for ward to another visit. This place highly recommended.
