Ecobank has been a great Bank with a group of great minds. The problem is that they lack manpower due to continuous cutdown of staffs in recent time. Consequently, the few hands they have are over labored, due to the large customer base they had built over time. Due to this lapses on the part of the management, customers complain of unnecessary delay in bank transactions, hence some lodging their monies in other banks. Good thing about the Ughelli market branch is that they try to attend to you within the shortest time amidst the none conducive management wahala. In a nutshell, the staffs are top notch, but the management is a disaster and it might cost them their customers with time.
