A great organisation with an open door

Extremely clean offices. Staff at the reception were helpful and polite. Went in, conducted my business and was out in less than 10 minutes.

This is the NEPA police. If you have any challenges with AEDC or any energy discos in Nigeria and the likes and you have exhausted logical options, then its time to head to NERC to make or lodge your complaints.
Their staff are professional and take you seriously, they get to the root of the matter, from illegal connections to illegal billing, fake bloated bills, outrageous outstanding bills, illegal disconnections etc.. They handle it all speedily and efficiently.
Good upgrade and new management. A brand new building located in Central Area, working elevators to all floors, great security, AC pumping, nice toilets.
Abuja can be so so hot, so its definitely a good place to go lay your NEPA complaints and pass some time, no hurry to come out. Lol.

The air conditioning keeps up with the body count and that is a serious plus.
The lobby is cool at all times, with great dedicated customer care staff.
24 hours power supply.
