Wellness Spot

This has been one of my best wellness spot for years,I love everything about “The spot” They make the really nice smoothies and variety of salads to choose from…it’s such a healthy spot,thou lately a lot of things on the menu don’t seem to be available especially fruits.

I discovered this cool place "The Spot" on Ademola Adetokunbo Street Wuse II.
I'm so glad that I decided to check it out. They have a great and healthy menu ; (info for fit fam🤪🤪)that is also quite affordable
Ambience was top notch... the outdoorsy portion of the setup was just so comfortable 👌

I had some delicious Arabian tea..☕☕☕☕.

It is a lovely place with restaurant, bakery and lounge.

It's located within the heart of Wuse 2.

The food is quite pricey too.

This is the go to place for a healthy meal. I enjoyed my spaghetti Bolognese which had almost no oil settlement. The portion was just enough too. The Chapman was lovely and I didn't want it to finish!

It's a nice Bar located inside a plaza in wuse11 Abuja. One of the best place to get shisha in Abuja, they also have wine, juices, etc.

This is perhaps one of the best food court in Abuja. Excellent meal, excellent customer service, good ambience, and relatively affordable meal.

Let me expatiate. When you arrive, their is a free starter meal ( garden and groundnut and water). It takes about 20 minutes to prepare the meal.

The soups are really tasty and a lot. Enough to serve 3 persons. It has a lot of dried fish, snail, shrimps, and we'll steamed offals. The fresh fruit is taste great as well.
I rate them a 5+ Star

I remember this particular wellness spot as my introduction to shawarma & pizza 😋

Then while attending NIIT, every week, you can find me them either ordering a pizza or shawarma. They pretty much set the standard for my taste in shawarma 🤩🤩

Cool ambience, food can be better! Overall a pleasant experience.

Food cooked as naturally as possible with no oils. The portions were very adequate and their juices all made from natural fruits

Great place with healthy food. Every dish on the menu is prepared fresh and healthy. The prices are also affordable.

I like to support local restaurants instead of the foreign ones. Coming from America this is one of my favorite restaurants in Abuja. It’s clean and it’s healthy.
