Big Pepper Apartment

I fly into Abuja about 5-8 times a year for business. The first time I came in, I was trying to save money which was what attracted me at first, then I also saw that the apartment was close to where I do my business.

Fast forward 12 months later, the services have greatly improved, the staff is friendly and responsive, and I couldn't switch to another hotel or apartment even when I could easily afford rooms 3 times the price. I enjoy my stay at the apartment and have even gone into business partnerships with Don P, the owner of the place. You will love Big Pepper Apartments, believe me. Services are top-notch right now... You won't be disappointed, it's a promise.

I lodged at big pepper apartment and I must confess the management has greatly improved the apartment standard to a top notch. There is constant power supply, free WiFi access, excellent service delivery, kitchen in the rooms where one can microwave foodand store things in the refrigerator and cook if necessary. The environment is neat and the rooms are well kept. I give the apartment a high 5 and will recommend it to anyone anytime.

It's serene and cool atmosphere but there is no steward or stewards to attend to customers .Needs to improve on stewardship to enhance quality performance.
