The best dental clinic I have visited. Small but very coordinated and neat. Located in Ceddi plaza ground floor. I highly recommend 😇

I had an awesome time at ideal dental, proper customer care if not I won't have come in the first place and the doctor has a listening ear and was careful during the surgery that i hardly felt any pain afterwards.

This was a good experience for me. I recently had a root carnal procedure, the doctor managed my pain throughout the whole process. And the customer service is great too.

Ideal dental cares about customer's satisfaction, kudos to the management for this. The dentist that attended to me did a good job.

Went with my family and I can't stop raving at the teeth work we had.

Our family picture frames got a huge boost with the teeth whitening and cleaning we got!

Just remembered Dr. Chinedu's laughter when he caught me smiling at the mirror.

That's how I knew I loved the whitening he did at ideal dental clinic!

Top Job so far, will continue watching if the surgery goes wrong though.

Bad customer service

There were able to squeeze me In for the same day appointment but other than that it’s not a child friendly space for under 5’s especially. Not sure how the adult services are. But from how my son was handled I changed my mind about using them.

My very first time of being to the dentist was at Ideal Dental services. I was there to wash my teeth and while at it, the lady ran the needle like stuff over my teeth and cracked my tooth. I didn't notice early enough cos the cracks were almost invisible but since then, I can't drink coffee in peace or even chew orbit cos the shock just makes me stop everything until I get relieved. It's over a year now but I promised to write this review and I'm not sure I ever wanna visit a dentist again. At least not them

Time management is VERY POOR, not once not twice, you come in early and you can be rest assured that an hour later you are yet to be attended to. Today I am ending this. Never again will I visit this place.

I don't recommend this place. It is the worst place I have ever visit. Their receptions and dentist are very rude and arrogant. They don't listen to what you said,but then keep on asking you to do this and that inspection and treatment which I don't see is helpful. Wasting time and money.
