Worst security guards ever. No sense of professionalism or even politeness at all. And I find it ridiculous that there is no waiting space in a bank.

To even resolve an issue, the customer care rep gave me the impression that she either chose to beat around the bush or she’s a bit dull. Customer service is na da( well generally its that way in Nigeria but mhen)
