Got there around 9:50am and I was asked by the doorkeeper to put on my facemask then I showed him that I already booked online of which he went to the people at the desk and informed them, it didn't take up to 5mins I was attended to. And the lady that attended to me was nice. Cos I thought that my charging port had issue but when I got there and told her she used her own charger to test it and it was working so she asked me to buy a USB cable and that was it. I love how she attended to me.

I bought my Infinix Note 8i and the touch screen seems to be to be miss coordinating and when I took it to Carlcare Onitsha, they changed the entire screen without too much questions...no kobo collected! I was satisfied more than I thought!
The best thing is that you can never notice that the screen was changed. It's professionally done. I enjoy my phone so much now!

Provide services for tecno, infinix and itel phone. Warranty period of one year provided the screw labels are unbroken.. I got my phone fixed here and the service was professional, although I went through a lot of stress in locating the new place because they did not publicized when they moved from new market road

In fact what I saw in Enugu road office in Onitsha today I'm not happy with that manners, a lady staff in that office is not encouraging at all. She's a pregnant woman, I will try and get her name for proper complaints about her bad characters.
