Very serviceable they are doing well

Let me give this particular GTB 5 stars. I'm particular about this Onitsha branch, their head seems to be correct 90% of the time.
I think they took time to select a crop of cool headed staff. They respond to questions and are willing to assist in anyway possible.

GTB has always been a topnotch bank for me in all ramifications of banking practices. I've use the bank for more than 6 years now and I've not had a single issue, except the one or two times I was overcharged, which was later refunded.
