Nice infrastructure, but very terrible service from the reception, the receptionist was very unprofessional in mannerism, accountability i came to make a payment for an outpatient, i asked for POS and she said there was no POS that she can't help me today due to public holiday, I asked to make a transfer she copied out the account number with more than 2 digits in the account number I told her she made a mistake, that she isn't suppose to make such mistake, and she started saying all sought of things, saying I wasn't the one that put her here so she wouldn't attend to me anymore, i brought out my phone and started recording, she immediately brought out the file back processing it but she kept ranting with other staff laughing at me, meanwhile, how did my uncle become an outpatient. He visited the hospital 31/December/2020 , was shivering with high fever, he met with the doctor, the doctor recommended some drugs which he took to the receptionist to process payment, then there was power outage , he was expecting a generator but no avail, they told him to go home and wait for NEPA to come up, he went home waiting patiently at home, but NEPA didn't show up , that how he became an outpatient, when i made the transfer she made compulsory i will have to apologise to her before she confirms the payment, i drove out and started looking for the manager office, but the manager wasn't in seat, so I came back with another recording and asked her, are you going to confirm the payment or not , she started ranting again laughing with other staff , and she brought out the phone and called the manager, while all these was going on, I have spent more than 4 hours quarrelling with the stupid receptionist, other patients complained too how stressful it is for them to confirm their payment, that they have to wait days to confirm the payment, please if you have any alternative, I recommend you don't even visit this hospital, 1 : poorly managed 2: bad customer service, 3: unreliable power supply.
