Bauchi State Lowcost

Initially built to cater for the civil servants. Most of the occupants are still either direct beneficiaries, relatives, or descendants.
The masterplan is largely the same except for a few redesign by homeowners who felt they should give their house a modern and befitting look.
It is largely occupied by muslims.
State Lowcost is also home to Bauchi State Orphan and Vulnerable Children (BASOVCA).

The place was good peaceful and in heart of the city where market,super market, eateries, car hear,all other this you think about.

Yeah alhamdulillah l recommend the effort of the state government and advised/encourage the government to do more thank you.

It's an estate owned and managed by the previous government then and now owned by individuals through the government policy of owner occupier.

Well layout. Middle of the Metropolis. Close to all notable banks and markets.

The place is quiet and silent, i enjoy strolling there
