Good, prompt and professional conduct. Conducive environment, one stop medical diagnostic center.

Good place for health diagnostic with very professional staff.

The Lab scientist doesn't act professional at all and is also rude. The receptionist leaves her desk to go take blood samples from patients leaving people waiting at her desk unattended to till she's done with the sample collection. I suggest more hands should be employed to make things better.

I had the worst experience today in this place. I had to wait for close to two hours to get a simple service. The lab scientists are very unprofessional and rude. Female staff literally lock themselves in the consulting room to discuss thereby wasting client's time.

Worst experience. Time delay. Lazy staff and bad manners. They don't even respond when spoken to about what the delay is about - especially the receptionist at the door. She doesn't even look to acknowledge those of us talking to her. Terrible service

Bad customer service. Telling me to come back because lab scientist is not around.
