3만원어치 음식 사고 나서 햇반 가져온거 하나 데우고 있는데 엄청 뭐라함 스푼 젓가락 이런거 찾아봐도 잘 안주니까 따로 챙겨가거나 카운트에 말해야함(남자직원이싸가지없움)

Cashier couldn't have been more rude. Huffed and puffed when we didn't have any smaller notes to pay with and slammed the change down on the counter. Will not be going back

Says open until 11pm, but closes at 1040pm. Unfriendly staff. If you need to close before 11pm, just says so. Be honest.

Rude staff, not letting people in at 2215

Terrible staff service. It stated that on google that it will close at 11pm, came in at 10pm but was very rudely rushed by the staff on duty to hurry up and get what I want because she want to close already. Its called 7-11 not 7-i want to close already. terrible.

Why does 7-11 need to see a physical ID card when purchasing alcoholic beverages? The official singpass app is a government certified method to show our digital ID details and is sufficient enough for banks and other services. Train your staff to verify the latest ID requirements, my partner had to walk all the way back to our house just to grab a physical ID. And all the staff member did was manually eyeball the ID.

Stupid staff timing is till 9 pm Closed by 8 pm . Stupid staff making excuse . If don’t have staff to run the operation . Better closed down permanently.

Close before clock turned 9pm, super unfriendly. The staff need training!
