Staff very friendly, but sometimes not enough manpower. The place is so strategic since this place have a quite high population in the area. I always go during late evening and night to grab my favourite Sofuto Milkshake.

Parking quite easy during not peak hour. Price very reasonable. Friendly application.

Ive have been to many familymart but sorry to say this is not up to standard. Ice cream cup they put so little, eat 4 spoons finish already. And one time i buy ice cream late at night it tasted like it was expired. Other familymart is better.

Slow cashier, no parking , staff closed counter when it's my turn to pay, racist?

Worse ever. So slow. Can't even deserve 1 star. Looks so friendly but they always miss your order or item such the onigiri or your ramen in your oden. Ask us to submit 5 star but give the worst ever services. Thought family mart ayer keroh is the worst enough but this branch is also the same. Please train your staff properly. Got more than 3 staff but only one at the cashier counter . Where the others? Take a nap?

Worst most inefficient team in all the Famili Mart i visited.. 5 staff on duty. Customers including me were 7 to 8. I waited 15min to pay . Only one staff managing the the cash register and same time serving ice-creams and food orders. Others , standing around and arrnage the shelf.and washing.

So dirty. From the glass door to the racks everything is so dirty and dusty!!!
