went to buy some groceries here it was well stocked to the cashier boy And the two helper boys please call single ladies cik , kak or miss also the malay lady cashier at the left side entrance counter not so friendly I asked if have singlet she didnt bother to check she replied in a unfriendly manner please improve on customer service in future thank you
Note : please becareful shouldn't allow mentally unstable chinese lady to beg infront of the shop she might turn aggressive like the time she turned aggressive at petronas petrol station bukit beruang just for your info and safety

Cashier makes a mistake with amount of change given. Instead of apologizing, says 'apa ni' to fellow colleague & finally gives correct change after colleague tells her how much I was short changed. It's not about how much less I was given but manners when a mistake is made unintentionally. Young & unprofessional. Please train your staff with soft skills.

Good evening...went to this outlet almost every night to purchase...some drinks....the worse experience I had in my life by the time shopping in this outlet...today....the Malay women manager is Very...outspacious by my presence...she followed my back from the other route... pretending like finding for things in the store by the side of shelf's in side the stores.... till I choose some unfridge drinks... instead of cold drinks due to the cold weather today....and I asked why you followed me she said no I find some things....then I went forward to the counter...but my mind is not satisfied with her presence on my back so....I went to put back my drinks back to the shelf....and went to counter I asked the Malay girl...is she your manager why she following my back...an keep an eye on me...is it she thought I am a shoplifter....I told her almost every night I comes here for purchase some goods...why your lady manager is so rude...am I a shoplifter...I asked the Malay girl....no we won't allow helmets in the outlet....she answered to me... I told her that's not the matter....yes the other day I weared helmet and went in the premises...so by the time she the women manager had confronted me...do not wear helmets in premises...I know it's my fault too.... I don't wear helmets very long ago....from that day onwards..... I asked her I never wear the helmet...i only hadkeep it in my hand....if they are so outspacious....keep on follow me from the first time iam shopping there.... eight months ago....this is so disgusting..... then I told her will not steps in this outlet anymore.....the goods are much more cheaper...but the customer care and respect neither useless....there will be a male manager sometimes...but he is not so rude.he is a nice gentleman too...but this women manager is so disappointed me today. I am an Indian... I
dress up like a poor guy and she thought I was a shoplifter in her eyes....maybe...her management should appointed her as a security guard for this outlet instead the managing director posts...won't step's in this outlet anymore in Life.... speed Mart 99 management must appoint a good friendly and very understanding clients instead of this type of workers 😔😔😔she should be working as a detective agent in a detective agency instead of this work with a camera on her hands😔😔😔

Dtg membeli air mineral beberapa kotak pada petang 23.2.2024.. kami mendapat layanan yg teruk drpd cashier dan juga pekerja.. muka yg tidak mesra alam, pada mulanya bila kami tny stok ada lagi ke tidak, sorg staff tu menjawab dgn cara yg kasar 😔 kemudian minta tolong angkat kotak , dia menghentak2 kotak tersebut seolah olah terrrrpaksa menolong. Padahal kami meminta tolong dgn cara yg baik.. penggunaan bahasa juga tidak sopan dan agak biadap. Maybe dia penat tp kami ni customer dan bukannya kami membeli tanpa membayar... Bila cashier serahkan duit baki juga tak ada langsung ucapan terima kasih... Minta tolong pihak pengurusan utk pantau dan nasihat pekerja anda.. sila perbaiki dari semasa ke semasa
