Went o FM Raub twice this week. 1st visit on 22nd July at around 8.40pm to my disappointment was told "oden was out of stock". On 2nd visit today 24th July at around 8.15pm I ordered a iced latte but the staff told me "milk is out of stock". Hello FM get somebody to take care of your inventory laa..

apa -apa makanan frozen yg saya dah try kurang sedap and kurang rasa price tetap mahal tak puas makan..

Sunday 17072022 morning 1155am only got 2 staffs working wth 17 customer waiting to be served. 1 staff at the counter..and another arranging food.

the service is so terrible they dont even take orders from foodpanda and they just ignore the rider who already arrived to take the order but the worker didn’t accept the order and they should take more serious on the premise hygiene bcs the top light at the eating area has a lot of dust and they should clean it. I hope the supervisor and manager will take this problem seriously and immediately!!

Arrived at 6am from a 12h long-stuck-jammed drive from Johor hoping to get some snacks since the whole family is hungry. No other stores were open and saw this supposed 24h operating family mart.

Customer service was bad. My mom and I came in to see if we can buy stuff. Instead of telling us baik baik 'acik sorry brg tak prep lagi etc.' She went just like TAK BUKAK LAGI EA. Dgn tak senyum apa. Girl, we drove from afar kot. Penat tau. Nak makan je.

Bad service and worst attitude by the staff! Management please train staff before let them onboard. These kind of super bad service may spoil your brand.
