This lady and her daughter in red was very rude to customer. Customer service very bad. Ask her daughter about canvas in meter and supposedly it is their expertise in hardware and they rudely ask me to go back measuring myself in sq ft or measuring by ceiling roof then come back. How come?? They not even bring out the canvas for me to estimate the canvas in meter. Very sad. I even saw them scold other malay customer when the customer request to see the goods. Rude and racist. Then i go other hardware nearby asking the same in meter they even bring out and assist me in purchasing. Please dont do business with this kind of attitude.
