I ask them to reheat my food . I wait there for 1 hour just see the food already cold. I wait there for 1 hour with being ignore by them and then i decide to ask if my food already done. The answer they give me is i'm sorry i forgot i thought you know. How the hell should i know my food already cook or not . Please take it serious 7 eleven . Today 29.9.2023 on friday about 11 a.m to 12p.m when this happen.make sure to fire the 2 two girl's that work on that time.i already done with their behavior

Very bad service..Customer nak beli hot food..semua tak ada stock..Staff tengah main handphone and tak nak serve Customer..Pls ask ur staff to learn about Customer service ..especially the malay girl..no smile..rasa mcm dia boss kat situ..haiss
